Art created for Artfight 2021, a community competition where artists draw others’ characters in exchange for points for their team during July. There’s no real ‘award’ for the winning team, it’s honestly glorified gift-drawing!
My approach this year was to draw scenes and crossovers with my own characters, which of course resulted in fewer illustrations (who knew backgrounds were work, right?) but I’m still very pleased with the output. Got to test a few different colouring techniques.
